Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. When she was 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the oldest IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her education at college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card in order to earn her degree from college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished at third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th within the fitness division despite being completely unprepared. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps impressing with the best version of her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. How she does this is by supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
